Let's first discuss the former aspect, good operating habits: operators should bear in mind when using the machine that they should not let it run continuously for extended periods. When the equipment has been running continuously for more than 120 minutes, the machine can be turned off and allowed to rest for about 30 minutes. Even humans need to rest after continuous work, let alone machines. The core principle behind this is to prevent damage to the vibrator.

　　還有注意衛生，在清洗零件的時候，應該及時將清洗槽體衛生弄干凈，尤其是超過一個星期用不上真空碳氫清洗機作業的時候，更加要把清洗槽中的殘液清理趕緊，這樣可以防止清洗劑腐蝕槽體，雖然我們做的清洗機槽體比較耐腐蝕，但還是要從良好習慣做起，定期清潔還是很有必要的。而且也不要干燒，不能因為工件體積小，就以為不用很多水，只在清洗槽放一點點水的話，可能會出現槽體被燒穿的現象，這種情況都可以避免，超聲波清洗設備進廠之后我們都會有專門的安全操作培訓，并且也會定期給操作人員做技術培訓。
